This training module and facilitators' guide - developed in collaboration with UNICEF - a sueful tool for any stakehodler in building the interpersonal communication skills of those who frequently engage with families. The purpose is to equip communicators with the skills they need to influence changes in care practices and behaviours. The module introduces participants to a variety of theoretical concepts and engages them in practical exercises to promote behaviour change. Support materials to promote changes in behaviours are identified and suggtestions given on how they can be used.
