This is a training film used to enhance the interpersonal communication skills of ASHAs. The film teaches the steps in IPC using GATHER (greet, ask, tell, help, explain, return) model. This film is divided in to three parts and it is suggested that trainers should take a pause after each part and start group discussion on the questions asked in the film. Though made for ASHAs, this film can be used for any village level functionary/animator/worker
