NoteAs on 7th January 2020, a new strain of Coronavirus was identified. The virus has been renamed by WHO as SARS-CoV-2 and the disease caused by it as COVID-19. Risk communication and community engagement (RCCE) will be the mainstay for containment of COVID-19. This Poster developed by UNICEF focuses on discrimination faced by sanitation workers. It provides important messages that we should not discriminate against sanitation workers who are doing a great job in protecting us by putting their life at risk. The poster also provides information on the emergency helpline number people can approach in case they require more information on COVID-19. |
