Note: As on 7th January 2020, a new strain of Coronavirus was identified. The virus has been renamed by WHO as SARS-CoV-2 and the disease caused by it as COVID-19. Risk communication and community engagement (RCCE) will be the main stay for containment of COVID-19. The RCCE strategy includes engagement with children through mobisodes which are a part of a series called Tara Hai Tayyar. This is the ninth mobisode of Tara Hai Tayyar Online Safety. This content informs on the critical behaviors and actions which children need to take care of to stay safe from online abuse and cyber-bullying. Given the current COVID context when children are using the online medium fulltime for learning, playing, and being socially connected, it is important that they be aware and stay safe.
