Full On Nikki is a 15 minute radio programme in mosaic format. It consists of 78 episodes hosted by RJ 'Nikki' based and is on gender empowerment. Targeting boys and girls aged 10-19 years, and their parents, each episode is a mix of pre-recorded programming and community interaction through means such as phone-in interviews, participation of school children, vox pops etc. The programme tackles topics such as acid attacks, safe passage to school for girls, women in sports, domestic violence, child sexual abuse, etc. This episode discusses the importance of feeling good, looking good and their organic relationship with nutrition.
