Full On Nikki is a 15 minute radio programme in mosaic format. It consists of 78 episodes hosted by RJ 'Nikki' based and is on gender empowerment. Targeting boys and girls aged 10-19 years, and their parents, each episode is a mix of pre-recorded programming and community interaction through means such as phone-in interviews, participation of school children, vox pops etc. The programme tackles topics such as acid attacks, safe passage to school for girls, women in sports, domestic violence, child sexual abuse, etc. This episode talks about how we can start to overcome the mentality that leads to son preference and talks to some experts and role models for this.
