A GIF was developed for the occasion of Global Handwashing Day (GHD) 2021, to highlight how important it is for everyone to practice handwashing with soap. It shows instances of germ/infection transmission across contexts (at home vs outdoors, in different workspaces, across age groups, in rural and urban contexts). The GIF stresses that water and soap are key to reducing this risk and urges audiences to practice this behavior frequently. This GIF has been created with the aim of dissemination over mobile and social media. This is an initiative of UNICEF the mark the occasion of GHD 2021.
