Synopses: Mohan, uses mobile phone to communicate and even has television at his home. He has progressed financially over the time. However, he does not use available household toilet and defecates in open. Like Mohan, there are many, who have progressed financially , but don’t use toilet which is already available. Defecating in open is an unhealthy and shameful practice that does not coincide with development process.
