This poster, developed for DDWS and supported by UNICEF, highlights the importance of talking openly about menstruation and menstrual hygiene management (MHM) among families, peer groups and communities. It also provides information on nutritional inputs and practices that are beneficial at the time of menstruation, and how taboos around menstruation can be addressed.
