Panthak – means the one who guides. Panthak is a SEL Guidebook for Parents, teachers, and other Caregivers. The guidebook helps them in understanding children and their emotions in a better way. It has several topics ranging from Social Emotional Development in children, Several emotions that children experience and the development triangle of children etc. It also introduces teacher to how the child is stuck in a circle of fear.
