The TARANG Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) training package, designed to develop understanding of and capacities in integrating social and behaviour change communication as a key component of public health programming, comprises five Modules. This two-day training manual has been prepared for mid-level managers, employed in the field of social and behaviour change communication such as Health services, Integrated child development services, Integrated child protection services, Swachh Bharat Mission and others. The module aims to enhance skillset of mid-level managers so that they become acquainted with communication theory, development communication, community dialogue tools and communication planning process to bring about desired behaviour changes.
