The TARANG Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) training package, designed to develop understanding of and capacities in integrating social and behaviour change communication as a key component of public health programming, comprises five Modules. This one-day training manual has been prepared for senior-level managers, employed in sectors such as Health services, Integrated child development services, Integrated child protection services, Swachh Bharat Mission and others. The module aims to enhance skillset of senior-level managers so that they become familiar with the changes that have taken place in the field of development communication, action to be taken to meet their targets, values/attitudes required to be good communicator and most importantly communication planning process.
