The goal of this module is to familiarise students with the basics of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) applied to the C4D programme. Although M&E demands specific skills and expertise as well as specialists, it is important for any C4D professionals to be cognisant of basic issues that need to be considered in the design and implementation of programmes.
