The IEC material has covered most of the information and key message(s) on the Measles disease such as what is Measles?, key symptoms, danger signs and health complications, the Measles transmission, the importance of the MR(Measles Rubella) vaccination, and immunization schedule. Also, appeals to the parents to get their child immunized with Measles Rubella Vaccine. The IEC material has been used by Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai during Measles outbreak in Mumbai in year 2022-2023 where comparatively high child mortality rate was observed. The Leaflet was used by the health workers during the home-to-home visits.
