Synopses: In this flipbook, the importance and steps to keep village clean and open defecation free is described using several pictorial descriptions. All aspects of clean village are addressed including safe disposal of solid waste, use of waste water in horticulture, adverse effects of dumping garbage in open, construction of proper sewage drains, road construction within villages, use of renewable energy sources such as bio gas, organising awareness generation programmes in the community on sanitation and hygiene and liquid and solid waste management.
