Synopses: The monitoring tool depicts the stages of planning and creation of clean villages. It explicates and maps the steps to create an open defecation free village. These steps include regular toilet usage, cleaning and maintenance of toilets, collectivising and capacity building of village members on sanitation and cleanliness among others.
