It describes the importance of giving examples, encouraging people to talk and share their views and repeating important phrases and words said by people. Similarly, asking people to repeat what the speaker said to ensure that they have understood everything is important. It is also important to summarise the points a number of times during the discussion. Apart from this, use of gestures, facial expression and non-verbal cues to make the communication is also critical.
