Synopses: This TV spot creates awareness about exclusive breastfeeding. For the first six months after birth, a child should be exclusively breast-fed. The child does not even require water. If water is given in first six months, the child will be prone to diarrhoea and is at risk of malnutrition. Exclusive breastfeeding prevents disease like pneumonia, diarrhoea and improves immunity. The spot addresses four key messages 1. Correct diet and quarter portions more than usual for expecting mother. 2. Mother’s first milk is the best. Don't throw it away and make sure the child gets it. 3. Only breast milk for the first 6 months and nothing else, not even water. 4.
