The IEC material has the key message(s) on the main symptoms of the measles infection and child Immunization schedule for Measles Rubella vaccines to protect the child from Measles Rubella infections and in case the child misses any of the doses the parents may vaccinate the child up to the age of 5 years. It also covers an additional message(s) on the guideline related to the special MR vaccination drive conducted by the state government to arrest the disease outbreak in the high-risk areas. The IEC material has been used by Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai during Measles outbreak in Mumbai in year 2022-2023. The posters were deployed in all government health facilities, private medical practitioner’s clinics, and were used during community engagements at the helpdesks.
