This toolkit, developed for the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation, provides an introduction toPlastic Waste Management (PWM), and guidelines for implementation of PWM under Swachh Bharat Mission Phase II. The purpose of this document is to provide step by step guidance to district, block and panchayat level functionaries around the planning, implementing and monitoring around PWM.
